Hi Reader,
Let's get real... This healing lifestyle is hard! I have a few resources in this email to help you if you are struggling.
First - Check out my new Coffee Talk Series with Debbie Kimberg of Hijacked Brains. Debbie and I have both been through it all -- Lyme kids, PANS kids, OCD -- You name it. On top of that Debbie and I both have Lyme. We are launching a new Coffee Talk Series on Instagram and will be going LIVE every Wednesday in the month of February. Click here to save this event.
Our first topic? Getting aligned with your partner! Email me or message me if you have specific questions. LIVE on Wed, February 1, at 1 pm ET.
Next - Did you know I do one-on-one calls? If you would like to book a 20 minute call with me, secure a time on my calendar. Recently, I helped a mom sort through all the different Lyme tests. This process doesn't need to feel so hard. Excited to connect.
FREE Support Group
Last thing, from time to time I host a free support group. This is for moms who need support in the community of Lyme, PANS, mental health, neurodiversity. My mentoring support group is wrapping up so I will host the next free support group on Wed, Feb 8 at 7 pm ET. Feel free to email me if there is a topic you'd like to discuss.
Until next time,
Liza

I have to say, even...
Hi Reader, Want to know the three things that changed the course of my life? Number one (without a doubt) LYME DISEASE! We received the diagnosis for my kids in February 2020, right before the world shut down. Like most families, my kids were struggling long before the diagnosis, which was just the tip of the iceberg. Awareness is crucial and no better time than right now! Be tick aware my friend. May is Lyme Awareness Month. If you do find a tick, here is a resource you need to save. Second...
