Still trying to get to the bottom of your mystery illness?

Hi Reader,

Are you suffering from mysterious symptoms that your own doctor can't seem to diagnose or treat? Are you tired of being told that your autoimmune illness is "just in your head"? Then, tune in to my latest episode featuring Heather Gray, aka The Lyme Boss. Heather has spent over 27 years battling undiagnosed Lyme Disease, Celiac Disease, Hashimoto's, and Endometriosis, and she's here to drop some serious knowledge on all things autoimmune. In this revealing conversation, Heather delves into the interconnectedness of various autoimmune factors, including parasites, heavy metals, and trauma. And she doesn't sugar-coat anything - if you want to heal, you need to be accountable and make lifestyle changes. But don't worry, Heather is here to guide you on your journey to empowerment and control over your health. So, what are you waiting for? Tune in and get schooled by The Lyme Boss herself. I learned so much from her and I know you will too.

The Autism Rate is Now 1 in 36

Over the last 20 years the Autism rate has quadrupled. There is no definitive answer as to why. Personally, I’ve seen more conversations involving factors such as mycotoxins, mold, Lyme and tick-borne infections being connected to Autism. Want to know more? Below I’m linking several resources discussing these connections because April is Autism Awareness Month. I also hope to drop a new blog soon (yes, it’s been a while) and will be sharing our own personal autism story soon. In the meantime, check out these resources:

Co-Morbidity of Lyme Disease, Bartonella, and Autism Spectrum Disorder in Children

Is there a connection between autistic spectrum disorders and tick-borne illnesses?

Common Symptomatology Between Lyme and Autism

Treating Bartonella cleared most of my son’s symptoms of autism

At the end of the day, there is Hope. Awareness is key and that's the reason I'm here! If you read something that resonated with you, please share with your community.

Until next time, Happy Day!

Liza
